While I adore family photos of all kinds, the wild unpredictable nature of family photos with young kids is surprisingly fun. I would be the first to admit that sounds kind of insane, but hear me out. There is no time to think about poses, to stop for too long or to get in your head about anything. You are simply running around and adventuring with this little one and hopefully they look your way occasionally. AND at the end of the day you often end up with totally organic, fun photos that just show a sweet family having fun together. And of course, all of that goes out the window if the kiddo is in a rotten mood and I take back everything I said… BUT most of the time that doesn’t happen. Knock on wood.
