I hope you all had a super amazing 4th of July! I spend the day adventuring, relaxing and bbq-ing. What more could anyone ask for?!
I’m excited to share these photos from a recent shoot engagement shoot on the Oregon Coast!!
A quick disclaimer first:
Cape Kiwanda while beautiful can be a very dangerous place, especially at high tide, along the cliff sides and when the sandstone is wet. To reach many of these locations, I had to cross the fence and set off on a trail where there have been known to be injuries and accidents. Prior to this shoot, I researched the area carefully, talked to several people who have visited and talked about the risks with my couple. We made sure to go at low tide, avoid the area known as the devils punchbowl, stay far away from any of the cliff sides and to proceed extremely cautiously through each location. If you do decide to go to Cape Kiwanda, please be safe about it, stay away from the cliff sides, near the water and make sure you are sober and cautious!
