Hello Friend, My name is Stevi Sayler.
I am a passionate and enthusiastic photographer specializing in weddings and glamour. My love for photography began in the photo darkroom of my high school. As silly as it sounds, I loved the chemicals, I loved the process and I loved that old hand-me-down Minolta camera I took my first photos with. My family must have recognized that photography was more than a hobby for me, they gave me my first digital camera and stood behind me as I decided to change majors from a respectable psychology major to a far riskier degree in fine arts. Looking back, I knew all along, being a photographer was always going to be my dream and if I was lucky, my career.
In addition to happily spending my days taking pictures and getting all nerdy on photoshop, I love to take breaks for adventures, sweets and bad TV. I am lucky enough to live in Eugene, the running and hiking capital of the U.S. so outdoor adventures are a must from time to time. Camera in hand, I get out and about to chase the sun and find as many trails and paths as possible. When I’ve exhausted myself, run all over the place, I can pretty much find any excuse for deserts and sweets. If you ask me, frozen yogurt, or froyo as I will forever call it, is simply perfect. If I could, I would schedule every meeting at a froyo shop and eat it for every meal. I spend my free nights feeing hours into my growing pinterest addiction, crafting my zombie apocalypse plan by watching every bad zombie flick I can get my hands on and watching bad TV with my boyfriend. I think between the two of us, we can diagnose any disease through our countless ‘House-MD’ marathons and track aliens, UFOs and bigfoots from our contant ‘Ancient Aliens’ viewings. The way I see it, if it’s helpful and practical information or well thought out story lines, I don’t need it! The sillier and more creative a show, movie or activity is, chances are it will draw my in like a moth to the flame. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me, I cannot wait to learn more about you!
