HOW TO ENTER THIS CONTEST:
Between January 14th and January 28th, send an email to Stevi@SteviSayler.com with the subject: 2013 Wedding Giveaway and include the following information…
- You and your fiance’s name (or a friend and his/her fiance’s name! You can absolutely enter on a friend’s behalf so long as they are getting married in 2013!)
The next step will be announced and clarified January 20th!
The Rules:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Couples must be currently engaged and must be married in 2013.
- Couples can live anywhere in the US, however, travel fees may apply.
- Only one submission per couple.
- Current (wedding) clients are not eligible.
- Prizes are not transferable and no substitute prizes will be awarded.
- Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
- Giveaway winners will be required to agree on the terms of use release, copyright release, liability release, and terms of conditions.
- Entries will be accepted starting Monday, January 14th through midnight on Monday, January 28rd.
- Voting for the 5 finalists will begin Tuesday, January 29.
- Only one vote per IP address.
- Certain event and wedding elements are not covered with this giveaway. It will be the sole responsibility of the giveaway winner to cover any additional costs.
- Gratuity is not included in the prize element and is the sole responsibility of the giveaway winner.
- Entrants agree to abide by these official rules and all applicable state and local laws or regulations when submitting an entry form.

By entering this giveaway the participant agrees that the released parties and Stevi Sayler Photography will not be held liable by any and every participant for any damaged, injury, loss of person or property related directly or indirectly, to the acceptance, participation, possession, use or misuse of prize giveaway, and anything that is contest related, or any other claim or cause of action the participant may have against the released party. All entrants will assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed by participating in any and every aspect of the Great Wedding Giveaway of 2013. Each entrant must acknowledge and agree that his/her entry and all related materials created in the submission and all rights, title, shall be and here are, effective upon creation, assigned to an become the property of the sponsor. Entrant hereby gives all sponsors full permission and authority to use, publish, and display the submission, as well as entrants name or other likeness for advertising or other related purposes in any media without additional compensation.
