Bitter Orages, also known as Seville Orange, Sour Orange, Bigarade Orange, Marmalade Orange or Chinese Bitter Orange. These trees were all around the city of Seville. These look like normal oranges but their extremely bitter taste makes them quite unpleasant to eat. Instead they are utilized for their essential oils, flavorings, their rind for marmalade and for perfumes.
Torre del Oro or the Gold Tower, a dodecagonal military watchtower, at one time it was used to control access to Seville via the Guadalquivir river.
Plaza de Espana, Seville
Plaza de España was built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929; its semicircular shape means the hug that Spain gave to America.
Plaza de España has been used for some of the scenes of episode II of George Lucas’ STAR WARS saga Attack of the clones.
